In essence, what is a camera? A camera is just a tool that allows you to embody your view of the world into some idea. For me, a camera is an opportunity to combine several things to get something new. Some kind of new view.
I will use a toy camera with thermal printing as the first part of the work. The second part is neon markers. The third is a neon flashlight. Thanks to the last two tools, we can add a little color to our monochrome works. They are invisible in normal light, and the work blooms when you add neon.
This is just another look at how you can use things in a slightly different way. Getting something new.
Ps this is a small hint at my future work. Today I decided that I need to do something on the theme of Alexandra Căpitănescu song 🙂
I’m experimenting with how it would be better to realize my idea. I’m planning a visualization that should be somewhat unusual..
