Tried to hurt me
But your target practice made me stronger
I’m still here
You keep missing every time..”

There are rare cases when a song first becomes my ringtone on my phone, and not a creative work. That’s what happened with the composition “Untouched” by the performer Cassyette.

The idea for this work appeared to me the other day, when I…yes, I was riding my bike again and thought “um…this is the case when a song resonates so much with my inner “self” that I decided to put it on my ringtone. What exactly does it resonate with me?..” And I came to the conclusion that for me it is about people who try to show that they are stronger than us, but, in fact, every time they try to hurt us, they stick to their own.

In general, this work has two versions. The first is censored, the other is the one the work was originally planned to be. The text talks about “You’re tying up a noose looking for a scrap” – I found a piece of rope, made a noose, but realized that this version turned out too dark even for me. However…

I added it among other works, I just didn’t put it first.

I’m still untouched
You’ve been doing way too much (Now)
Done with your tough love (Now)
Why don’t you give it up?
You keep crawling back, but I’m still untouched (Now)
It’s way too much (Now)
Done with your tough love (Now)
Why don’t you give it up?
You keep crawling back, but I’m still untouched”
