There are things that fascinate me so much that it is difficult to even convey the emotional background they carry. Especially when it concerns someone’s work.
I was lucky to live with a very creative person who shares my views on art. So, when a new work of art appears in our house, it is a joy for both of us. And it was all the more pleasant, unexpectedly, to receive her painting from a person who is very dear to us.
According to Alexandra, this painting has the conditional name “Medusa/Bouquet/Salute”. In addition to the use of extraordinary paint, the color of which is difficult to convey, since it shimmers differently at different angles, this work has another, subtle, feature. For understanding, Alexandra herself jokingly called it “7-tits”, because one of the tools was… her magical bust. Therefore, in addition to artistic creativity, this work carries the energy of the person herself. Because, in fact, it is a part of her.
I love paintings immensely, and when the artist himself gives it to you, it’s just an incredible feeling. Because you like to tell people every time you’re asked about a painting that you know the person who painted it.
